Kyle Norton’s Post

🚨🚨I’m excited to announce that we’re hiring for SDRs and BDRs in our beautiful new Toronto HQ… and a lot of them! 🚨🚨 Owner is on a roll right now and we’re gearing up for a transformational 2026. We’re looking for 20+ SDRs/BDRs between now and January 5th. 🤯 If you want some of the best foundational sales training in the world, incredible leaders to learn from, tons of opportunity for advancement (we’ll promote ~10 BDRs to AE roles in 2025) and a mission you can feel proud of, you better get in the DMs of our BDR Managers and Brandon Davenport. What you need to know about Sales at Owner: 🌍 We’re committed to enabling our reps for success and creating the best environment possible (check out our RepVue page).  👷♀️ We sell to a blue collar, SMB buyer. Mom & pop restaurant owners want to shoot straight and need some hand holding when it comes to technology.  ☎️This is a cold calling-centic environment and 90% of your meetings will be from calls.  ⏩ We manage a transactional sales cycle between 1-7 days. Great sales craft is essential to success in our environment.  🌳 We’re a growth obsessed team. We’re looking for people who invest in themselves relentlessly. 💙 When we say we’re customer obsessed, we actually mean it. We solve problems with customer experience and customer value first.  🏢 This team is 100% in-office in our beautiful new downtown Toronto HQ. The difference in ramp and productivity since moving to 5-days a week in office has been transformational and will supercharge your career. 🏆 We hold a high bar. This is a performance culture and we expect effort and outcomes. There’s pressure in that but you also get to be part of a winning team.  💵 We pay competitively.  🤖 We’re hyper focused on enabling our teams with tools and technology. I’m looking for people who are excited to lean into new tech. While I’m really grateful for the incredible candidate volumes we receive on applications, it has become overwhelming to get to the right candidates in a timely manner (apologies in advance!). With that in mind, please only apply if: 1️⃣ You are a proven top performer for BDR. Top 10% or better is the standard for a first round interview typically. For SDR hires, we’re looking for signs of excellence outside of sales.  2️⃣ You have been a BDR in an SMB, transactional sales environment.  3️⃣ You thrive on change.  4️⃣ You are located in Toronto or can relocate. 5️⃣ You can provide references that will insist that we would be insane not to hire you.  6️⃣ You friggin LOVE sales and want to make this your life’s work. If this sounds like the type of environment that you want to be a part of, shoot me a message, and apply below. p.s. Shoutout to Othership, which is the home to our monthly reset ritual. This is a great example why people consistently say "Owner is the healthiest company I've ever worked at!" We pride ourselves on building an environment that builds people up.

20+ SDR/BDR roles with a 1-7 day sales cycle, cold calling-heavy, and 10 promotions to AE in 2025? That's real career velocity. The bar is high (top 10% performers only), but if you clear it, you're in an environment built to make you better: transactional cycles = fast feedback, in-office = real coaching, customer-obsessed culture = you're solving problems, not just hitting quota. For anyone early in sales looking to build foundational skills fast, this is the type of place that compounds. Congrats on the growth, Kyle! 🔥

Finally a sales post that doesn’t read like ‘we’re a family.’ Kyle Norton sounds like a performance culture done right, pressure with purpose, training that compounds, and a mission that actually means something
