Barre workout, Pilates, Stretching & Body Conditioning - a perfect combination to create the best body, posture & confidence! A unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivational techniques. It’s a high energy class targeted at developing a great posture, sculpting a dancer like waistline, bottom and shaping slim legs. The exercise program is based on building deep, lean and flexible muscle strength, helping to overcome any joint pains, including knee, shoulder or back, as well as creating a great physique. Open to all levels. To teach at out event we are inviting a former international ballet pro to show the elements of Ballet, Pilates, Stretching, to develop a core strength, flexibility and a great posture, as well as mentally linking muscle memory, so the gains on posture are immediate and easily remembered. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles worked & conditioned.
