What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is a loyalty rewards program that allows participants to earn points by purchasing qualifying Samsung products through Samsung.com/ca and through the Samsung Shop app, and by participating in special offers, if applicable. Participants may redeem points towards the purchase of Samsung products through Samsung.com/ca and through the Samsung Shop app.
How do I enrol in Samsung Rewards?
To enroll in Samsung Rewards, you must create a Samsung Account and agree to the Samsung Rewards Terms & Conditions. You can also enroll by visiting Samsung.com. After logging into your Samsung Account, you can find My Samsung > Rewards > enroll by accepting the Terms and Conditions of Samsung Rewards
What is Samsung Care+?
Samsung Care+ Plan includes:
1. Physical malfunction & liquid resistance failure: Make up to two service requests for physical malfunction or liquid resistance failure per year
2. Mechanical malfunction or defects, including battery failure: There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects
3. $39 Screen-Only Service Fee: Get your smartphone's exterior or interior screen fixed at $39 only (up to 2 service requests per year)

2-Year Samsung Care+ protection begins on the date you purchase the Plan and ends the earlier of: (1) 24 months from the Device Purchase Date; and (2) the date this Plan is cancelled in accordance with Terms and Conditions of the 2-Year Samsung Care+. This Plan complements and is supplementary to the manufacturer’s warranty but does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty or warranty obligations during the manufacturer’s warranty period. If Device failure is due to physical or liquid damage, this Plan provides a maximum of two (2) service requests every 12 months immediately following the Device Purchase Date to a maximum of four (4) service requests throughout the lifetime of the Plan. There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects, provided they are not protected by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of failure due to mechanical malfunction or defect, physical malfuntion or liquid resistance failure, a service fee plus applicable taxes will apply to each service request. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the 2-Year Samsung Care+ for more details.

The 2-Year Samsung Care+ Plan and 1-Year Samsung Care+ Plan are available only for smartphone, tablets, wearables, hearables and laptops.
For smartphones only: Screen-Only Service Fee of $39 applies to exterior screen malfunction or interior screen malfunction of the smartphone device. Full Service Fee as per Your Device Tier applies to mechanical malfunction or defect, physical malfunction or liquid resistance failure and is a different fee. For Screen-Only Service requests, if, upon inspection of Your Device, it is discovered that the malfunction is beyond screen-only, the Full Service Fee will apply and You will be charged the difference. For Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip devices, the Screen-Only Service Fee is limited to repair of one screen panel. If both the interior and exterior screens are malfunctioning, the Full Service Fee will apply.

How can I enroll in Samsung Care+?
Enrolling is simple! You may enroll online or at the Samsung Experience Store when you purchase your applicable Galaxy Smartphone, Laptop, Tablet, Hearable or Wearable device. You can also purchase the amsung Care+ Premium, Samsung Care+ or Samsung Extended Warranty Plan (“Plan”) within 60 days of your device purchase date. If you do not purchase the Plan at the same time as you purchase your Galaxy device but purchase the Plan within the 60 days following your purchase date, a 25-day waiting period will apply before you can request services under the Plan. If you purchase the Plan from Samsung.com/ca, your device must have been registered and activated with a Canadian wireless service provider within the sixty (60) days of the device purchase date. Your protection begins on the date you purchase the Plan and ends up to 24 months from the device purchase date, unless the Plan is cancelled earlier in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
