What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is our loyalty program. Earn points whenever you make a purchase on Samsung.com (not including Samsung Business Shop, Student Shop or Employee Purchase Portals). You can then spend your accumulated points on Samsung.com. Simply sign in to your Samsung Account and register for Samsung Rewards to start earning points today. How do I enrol in Samsung Rewards?
You simply have to create a Samsung Account and then agree to the Samsung Rewards Terms & Conditions to start earning points today.
Who provides Samsung Care+?
You can purchase Samsung Care+ along with the purchase of a new Samsung Phone. You can also purchase Samsung Care+ within a 30 days window from the date you first purchased your device. Kindly note that Samsung Care+ plan only applies on a target list of devices.
What does my insurance cover me for?
All policies provide accidental damage coverage. If your phone is accidentally damaged, you’ll be covered. Just visit our authorized service centers in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman to make a claim. Kindly note that you can only request a claim in the UAE/ Bahrain / Qatar / Kuwait and Oman and must report any accidental damage occurring abroad within 60 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit card payments, tabby, tamara, Etihad GuestPay and cash on delivery for selected products. Additional charges may apply based on the terms and conditions of your bank. Availability is based on the order value, product type and customer's credit status.
