Here for a large gathering, special event, or conference?  Individuals or groups attending a conference or academic program affiliated with Purdue may gain access to RecWell facilities if attendees are over the age of 15.  Conferences/programs with participants 15 or under may formally reserve space with us using the Rentals/Reservations page.  We've got something for everyone!

Group hosts may complete a request for conferee access using this form.

Here's how it works:

• Pay up front: Billing of $3.00 per day, per total number of camp/conference attendees for the entire length of the conference.
• Minimum Requirement: The requested date range must be a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
• Additional Fee: All requests need to be received 14 days before the conference start date to deter a $50.00 rush fee.
