RevMax is a 30-minute, coach-led, full-body strength experience using intelligent resistance and intentional programming to build strength, stability, and resilience — efficiently.
WHAT IS REVMAX?
RevMax is a small-group strength class built around efficient, full-body training — without wasted time or guesswork.
Each 30-minute session uses:

HOW TO GET STARTED WITH REVMAX

WHAT IS REVMAX?
RevMAX is our small group strength and conditioning program, intentionally capped at ten
participants per class so our fully certified coaching team can provide real time
individualized attention. You will receive coaching on form, modifications for your body,
and one to one cues throughout class. This creates a safer, smarter, and more effective
workout. Every RevMAX workout is expertly designed and programmed by our resident
Certified Personal Trainer, Brooklyn, who brings years of experience helping clients
transform their bodies and build sustainable strength. This is structured, progressive, and
purposeful training.
HOW EFFECTIVE ARE REVMAX CLASSES?
RevMAX is effective by design. The experience combines small class sizes, expert
coaching, thoughtful weekly programming, high quality equipment, and a high touch
approach. You will train using MaxPro resistance with up to three hundred pounds of
resistance, along with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. RevMAX also
complements your cycling. As you build strength, stability, and mobility, you will ride
stronger, recover faster, and see better overall results.
HOW DOES THE SCHEDULE WORK?
For best results, we recommend taking RevMAX two to three times per week. Many
members choose to combine RevMAX with cycling during the same visit, giving you a
complete training experience in one place. Our programming rotates so workouts stay
fresh and balanced. Monday and Tuesday share the same programming. Wednesday and
Thursday introduce new programming with a different focus. Friday and Saturday
introduce another new format with a different focus. Sunday features the Brooklyn
Special, which is unique programming each week. This structure allows you to train
multiple times per week without repeating the same workout.
WHAT IS A REVMAX CLASS LIKE?
Every class is full body, with each session featuring a specific focus such as lower body,
upper body, core, or power. You can expect clear coaching, smart progressions, and a
strong focus on safety and efficiency. Classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Whether this is your first time strength training or you train consistently, you will be
challenged and supported.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
During our launch phase, classes were thirty minutes to help everyone learn the
equipment and flow. Moving forward, we will offer a mix of thirty minute express sessions
and forty five minute full sessions.
INTRO CLASS?
You may have the option to take an intro to Revmax in person or you will receive a video link. It is very important you complete this intro session before taking your first RevMax class.
