On 15 December 2025, WHO-supported teams visited nine vaccination booths for National Immunization Day-Pulse Polio Immunization monitoring in West Jaintia Hills district. They provided supportive supervision to reinforce standard protocols, including accurate house-marking, proper vaccine handling and cold-chain maintenance to ensure vaccine potency, and appropriate team composition with the goal of strengthening the quality of services.
