BARKLEE: A New Stage Play by Tom Cavanaugh | Off-Broadway Investment Opportunity The Pedigree -BARKLEE is a professionally developed stage play by award-winning playwright Tom Cavanaugh. The script has undergone a rigorous development process at premier theatrical institutions, including Naked Angels (NYC), The Actors Gym (N.Y. & L.A.), and New Ambassadors. It was further refined at the National Playwrights Symposium (Cape May Stage) and via the We Make Movies writer labs in Los Angeles. The Opportunity We are currently seeking Producing Partners and Front-Money Investors to transition this critically developed work to an Off-Broadway commercial production. The Financial Structure (1-for-2 Sweetener) We are offering a highly competitive "sweetener" for early-stage backers: Recoupment: Investors receive 100% of their initial capital before profit distribution. Profit Participation: Standard 50/50 split between Producers and Investors. The Sweetener: For every $1.00 earned from the Investor’s pool, the front-money investor receives an additional $0.50 from the Producer's share of net profits.
