She understands the art of finesse. I’ve seen her do some pretty spectacular things at city meetings. Whether it’s one-to-one or one-to-five-hundred, she is able to speak many languages. She speaks the language of the heart, the intellect, the bureaucracy, and of all the people. It doesn’t matter what your status is; you have a place at the table.
