Version 0.2.6 of tui_confirm_dialog introduced an unexpected breaking by using borrows instead of move operations in various places, breaking `cargo install` without `--locked`. Also, remove crossterm as a direct dependency, using the re-export from ratatui instead, so that crossterm won't needlessly show up in `cargo outdated` output. Thsi also prevents accidental upgrade attempts that would end up with incompatible crossterm versions.
According to cargo-bins/cargo-binstall#2045 (comment) one should exported the GITHUB_TOKEN as an environment variable for more reliable cargo-binstall execution in GitHub Actions. cargo-binstall also does this itself.
