This PR is refactoring of the PCB design + firmware to replace board's Atmega328P microcontroller with a Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C6, a $5 Zigbee-compatible 18x22mm-tiny-footprint module offering tons of features:
This module will add Zigbee networking capabilities to the board, hence make it independent from CC2530 + PTVO external board and operate autonomously.
