A repo is considered untouched if it has >= 10 open PRs by flathubbot and no pushes have been made to the default branch in the last 5 weeks
This reverts commit 1a30993. This hits API limit too frequently
pushed_at counts all branches so if x-checker is making new PRs it won't be countted even if the repo is inactive
Since we are checking all repos in a loop and fedc can fail on incorrect x-checker paras or git errors when branching, exiting early means some repos won't get checked. So ignore errors for this command
The initial set of repos were archived and running this causes too many API requests. We can run it again manually if needed.
