Add Homebrew-optimized Debian build script

Introduces build_homebrew_deb.sh for creating a Homebrew-optimized .deb package for SSHVaultX, including macOS-specific features and Homebrew Python compatibility. Updates maintainer info in build scripts, and removes old package files from the packages directory.
