Improvements to the DOCX and open-cbgm modules.

Added an option to the reformatting module that will remove redundant correctors (i.e., when both a corrector and first-hand are cited for the same reading, remove the corrector). Be careful in the rare case that a corrector returned the text to the first-hand version - this function will erase that history - which is why it is an opt-in and experimental function.

This is the first release to drop support for installable and executable distributions.

The way that most people should be installing Criticus is by first installing Python, then installing the latest version of Criticus from PYPI.

The modules included with Tendon has increased to 10. The most recent addition is a feature for exporting the XML collation output of the ITSEE Collation Editor to DOCX.

Fix regular expression error

TEI to JSON Module:

1. Better handling of INTF-transcribed TEI documents
2. Now allows user to extend the TEI cleanup behavior with user-defined regular expression substitutions

Only the 'Configure Collation Editor' module is updated.

• Each witness can now be stored in either the included list (will be collated) or excluded list (will not be collated).
• To delete a witness permanently, this safeguard has been added: first the witness must be excluded, then it can be deleted from that list.
• All lists of witnesses are now sorted by common convention using the GA designation (papyri -> majuscules -> minuscules -> lectionaries -> editions and others).

• Strip column breaks and page breaks separating words
• Keep track of wits removed from collation editor config file
