Fix network configuration for dashboard services

- Move opensearchdashboard, kibana, phpmyadmin, phpmyadmin2, selenium to default network
- Services need default network to connect to their backends (opensearch, elasticsearch, db, php)
- Fixes "host not found" errors for service-to-service communication
