Versions older than 3.10 are deprecated, so let's bump it to 3.10. See https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/command/cmake_minimum_required.html#command:cmake_minimum_required

There are no functional changes, just build fixes: - fixed build with gcc-15 (#42 by @yarda) - fixed build with cmake 4.0 and newer (#43 by @ondrejbudai)
