Closes #46312

It seems the upgrade fixes the issue in the CI. At least part of the failed jobs have run OK in my branch.

Not sure, but I bet it's a docker upgrade in the ubuntu boxes in GHA.

@mabartos Yep, I detected it doing a backport to 26.5. I'm preparing the backport for 26.5 and 26.4 for the moment.
