Open Chrome Extensions Page: Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/ using the address bar.
Enable Developer Mode: In the top right corner of the Extensions page, toggle the "Developer mode" switch to the on position.
Load Dash16 Extension: Click on the "Load unpacked" button that appears after enabling Developer mode. A file dialog will open.
Select Your Dash16 Folder: Navigate to the folder where your extension files are located and select the folder. Click "Select" or "Open" to load the extension.
Confirm Extension Loaded: Your extension should now appear in the list of installed extensions on the Extensions page. You'll see its icon displayed among other extensions.
