Current implementation sorts future computor based on their score. This change will keep the computor list position for requalifying computors. The stable sorting only takes place befor system is saved.

The current implementation sorts future computors based on their scores. This change will preserve the list positions for requalifying computors. Stable sorting only takes place before the system file is saved.
