Simply fork and clone the code then run the app from by building it VS 2013+ All the dependencies will probably be downloaded automatically

Keep on creating issues and let everyone know that which one you are working on. Create a pull request for branch "Development" after pushing your code. Make sure that you are always working on your own branch
