WIP towards #982
In this PR we add two concrete Processors. One for dedicated single thread (like the ones we have in bus elements and distributed used algorithms nodes) and another one for thread pools (to create a pool of working threads, like we have in the link creation agent).
These concrete processors are not integrated to current code (i.e. they are not being used to replace previous implementations that use thread objects directly) yet. This will be done in follow-up PRs.
