Description:
This pull request corrects two typographical errors in the codebase:

1. In src/dto/rpc/StellarRpcSuite.ts, the property num_sponsered has been renamed to num_sponsored for proper spelling.
2. In src/e2e/rpc/other/tatum.rpc.casper.spec.ts, the test description chain_get_block - heigh has been corrected to chain_get_block - height.

These changes improve code readability and maintain consistency in naming conventions. No functional logic has been altered.
