Added onboarding as a shell prompt

Each release of a Fig Swift app is tied to a stable version of the public withfig/fig repo. The withfig/fig repo is downloaded to your ~/.fig directory. It stores install and update scripts and new Fig features that are implemented in the Swift app.

For instance, if you have v1.0.24 of the Fig Swift app, you should download the withfig/fig repo tagged with v1.0.24
