Put on yer party hats everyone. We've made it to 1.0! This release is built upon
Ubuntu 18.04 and drops the whole Packer-Pre-Build completely.

[packer] Bump Ubuntu baseimage to 16.04.4 + disk to 30GB

[ansible] Install Node 8.x + tern

[ansible] Add GnuPG Agent forwarding requirements

This works as a first draft: Agent is accessible from inside the machine and can
encrypt / sign stuff. Next step: Use the `S.gpg-agent.ssh` with `ssh`.

[vagrant] Bump base image to 0.9.3 & deinstall old docker bullcrap

[vagrant] Remove a few more unused packages + bump Version to 0.9.1

[ansible] Switch shell & Clone + Install oh-my-zsh instead of omf
