Sometimes we'd like to append changes to the previous undo stack item, regardless of the time between changes. This PR proposes an optional property to
UndoManagerOptionswhich can be defined to overridecaptureTimeoutsimilarly to howUndoManagerOptions.captureTransactioncan be used to overridetrackedOrigins.
