When ffmpeg libs are already installed, jnr might use system libs, that might be incompatible. Setting LibraryOption.PreferCustomPaths should prevent that.

.option(LibraryOption.PreferCustomPaths, true)when loading natives should prevent jnr from loading system installed libraries (which might be incompatible).fixes #35
