To counter the frequent incidents known as "case of Third Attraction" caused by mystic creatures known as Lucifer Hawks, Rally Cheyenne founded the Attacked Mystification Police Department (AMP) in 2023. "Fighting is destructive but women have the power to give birth, thus handing over fate to the next generation", is the core idea of all AMP members being women. "Normal humans can't become AMP members" - each AMP member has some distinct super-human skill, be that magic or technical enhancements of their bodies.
