Iizuka Tomohisa is a producer and planner for anime. He served as the representative director of Studio Fantasia until it went bankrupt in 2016. Before that he worked in the finishing section of Tsuchida Production as colour designer.
Iizuka founded the animation company Studio Fantasia, when he was still an employee of Tsuchida Production, on October 12, 1983 which was three years before Tsuchida Production collapsed into bankruptcy.
Iizuka once pointed out that the studio's policy is to show girls' underwear in their shows.
