Promotional animated video-tours of Saga Prefecture, located on the island of Kyushu, Japan.
Basically you get to do some sightseeing (e.g. pottery, planetarium etc.) while watching two nice stories about first love. Both stories are connected since each story is about a friend.
There's nothing exceptional about the episodes since everything is just "nice": animation, character design, music. I liked the stories themselves best since they are pleasant.
