I had a bit of a hard time deciding on how to vote this one. That is because it did not feel as a separate OVA as much as simply two more episodes of the series and creating somewhat of a bridge towards the Advance OVA.
In the end I gave it the same, quite good marks as the first series. It really fits right in and nicely progresses the story one step further. It is definitely not to be watched on its own though.

The attack of a swarm of comets finished, and the four girls, Mikaze, Karin, Ayamo, and Shizuha flew into the space riding in Stratos 4, which used to be Stratos Zero. They accidentally protected the Earth from the collision of the large comet Nigel 87. However, when they came back to Shimojijima Base, they began to spend days of training and part-time jobs as they used to do. Because the attack of the comets stopped for a while, they recovered normal lives. In these days, Chizuru and Annette, who are Comet Blasters, visited them.
