The hotel's location is excellent, close to a nearby underground station and in a great area of the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly, cute, and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and in a safe and quiet area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, as everything was super clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
There were a few drawbacks. the room decor was outdated and could use some modernization.

The hotel's location is convenient with nearby tube station connections to Heathrow and central London. The rooms are luxurious and the area is attractive. The staff promptly fixed a minor issue with the shower. Our room had a lovely view of gardens and no road noise. The spaciousness, comfortable bed, and cleanliness were noteworthy.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is close to the tube station and Gloucester train station nearby. It is situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-equipped, with the bathroom receiving great attention to detail. The breakfast is served in a lovely setting, and the breakfast staff are friendly and accommodating.
Some of the furniture in the hotel is of poor quality, giving off a cheap and faux appearance.

During my recent stay at Bentley, I was impressed by the convenient location and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions and museums in South Ken. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I did have a minor inconvenience with the pillows, as they had a slight sweat smell. Nevertheless, the bed itself was so comfortable that it didn't greatly affect my overall experience.

We had an outstanding stay at this venue. the staff was welcoming, attentive and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre was top-notch and the sauna was fantastic. the private facilities were exceptional and the location was perfect. the restaurant had an amazing menu that we enjoyed thoroughly.
Despite all the benefits that this venue had to offer, the only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi had a small cost. we still found it to be worthwhile.
