Beautiful merchandising layout of product.  Loved my experience at the store.   Laurie was very helpful.  I found just what I needed. 

The orders are in packed very well with good safety.  

I recently bought a bed frame, and not only did I have no idea when it would arrive (I wanted to be home for the delivery), but it took three weeks. I get packages from Europe in three days... The customer service was nonexistent — no response online or by phone, and I only managed to reach someone by email. When the bed frame finally arrived, four screws were missing… making it impossible to assemble. I contacted them, and now I have to fill out a form with information they already have, just to request my four screws.

My partner also ordered sheets, and they’re so thin you can literally see through them.

I tried to find reviews, but they’ve disabled the option to leave reviews on both their Facebook page and Google — that says it all.

Never again.

My mattress arrived few days early. 
Set it up it,the first night was amazing. 
Going to order another for spare room.. 
Totally recommend Douglas mattress. 

Tanguay cure Labelle !! Worst service ever. The host asked if we wanted to see a sales person . We said yes 20 minutes pass and nobody came to ask if we needed help. We looked around and then passed near the hostess and literally looked annoyed and was on her phone told her that nobody acknowledged us and said oh really I can find you someone. She said they are busy with other customers the salesperson were talking to each other .  Not even looking at customers! Horrible horrible service. Would never go there again!

Customer Service is really good and the product is lovely and good quality. 

Wow was totally blown away by this mattress topper .
The depth of the 10cm oozes comfort .
It’s so unbelievably soft and feels really luxurious to sleep on .
The minute you put it on your bed it’s screams comfiness.
Even with  the sheet over the top you can just tell how comfortable it’s going to be .
I honestly look forward to getting into bed because it feels like I’m sleeping in a 5 star hotel .Great  service , impeccable delivery .

Best price by far, fast delivery, attentive service.  What more do you want?
