Great personal follow up and customer service

Very satisfied with the service Edda labs provide. They are very professional and customer-oriented. Unfortunately I can not say the same for Majorstuen klinikk.

Great follow up and information from Edda Labs throughout the process. Despite DHL making a mistanke with our first blood sample, Edda Labs went above and beyond for my fiancée and I to make sure the second blood sample was expedited and gave us good communication all the way. Highly recommend their services.

I contacted the clinic via email, and the same day I was contacted back on the phone. It was very quick response. I was given access to all the relevant information and at the same time reassured that I can ask more questions if I still wasn't sure about something. Very professional.

It was easy to get in contact with Eddalabs and they were very informative about the test and the process. The process was easy and the results came back one week after the test arrived in Sweeden (one day after taking the sample). I only give them a 4 instead of a 5 because of the price, which is quite expensive :)

Taking a nipt-test was extremely important for us because of our age. Taking the test has removed a lot of stress and worries, which in turn hav increased our chances of succeeding a lot. We had decided to do fetal diagnostics even before we were pregnant. We live in Norway and according to Norwegian rules, you are not offered fetal diagnostics unless you meet certain criteria such as age or diseases in your family.
Our gynecologist recommended Edda Labs too perform the fetal diagnostics.
The test process is well documented on Eddas website and Edda labs have been incredibly professional and extremely helpful answering all our questions.
Edda labs has given us a high sense of security as a pregnant woman throughout the process. I can highly recommend them.

We were told about edda labs by my norwegian GP when I enquired about any potential complications given that my age was 35. We decided to get a basic NIPT test done for genetic abnormalities. I found the website extremely informative and it was a very simple process to book the test and order a test kit. The best part about the service was the support from Dr. Kristin Wright, who I spoke to on the phone before booking the test who was very patient and answered all out questions and was very helpful in explaining the entire process and how to choose suitable tests for our needs. He was very good at alleviating our anxiousness. The level of service was truly above and beyond. We got our test results back within 4 days of submitting the samples and it was reassuring to know that no genetic abnormalities were noted.
Its unusual that this is not a common service offered to anyone at potential risk and it would be great if the service would be made available in Norway and made more accessible.
