The ERCIM program changed me as a professional, it has made me grow in many ways, it has taken me from junior to almost senior. I entered this program two years ago with almost zero experience in applied research. I came from the Academy, I had a lot of desire to solve problems in the industry, but I had never had the opportunity before and to be honest I didn't have the preparation either. Working under the supervision of prestigious researchers in prestigious research institutes changed my perception of what applied research is. I acquired many skills that now allow me to respond to the problems of the industry in a scientific way.
