Thank goodness for this company. After 10 days with an awful chest infection and no chance of a GP or any help from 111, I was so relieved to get this appointment and the doctor was so helpful.

Booked an appointment at 11.15 on a Sunday night and was seen by 11.30. I had been waiting for 111/out of hours GP and after 6 hours I was sent a text saying they were too busy and my case had been closed. Even though they had told me I had to be seen within 6 hours. Outrageous. I spoke to a very polite doctor and explained my symptoms - he explained that I needed to go to A&E right away as it was potentially serious. Thank fully it was not what was being questioned. I was in hospital for about 4.5 hours and was very lucky to need specifically an ENT specialist which meant I was seen long before the wait times as they were. The doctor came specially for me from ENT - As advised I showed the doctor the notes from the consultation and she ran lots of tests. Turns I out I have a bacterial infection of the sinuses, ear, nose and throat. I have tonsillitis and puss in my throat and ears. Given ten days of antibiotics. For the convenience, the peace of mind and to be taken seriously in A&E it was worth every penny. And I wouldn’t hesitate to book again should I need it. Thank you

Waste of time and money sadly - Dr said that she could not treat a recurring problem I had, because it was triggered by a dental operation. Have requested a refund but not been given - they say it is in their terms not to help with teeth, even though as I explained the problem was not in my teeth

Good, quick, efficient.
Booked an appointment for an hour later. Dr. showed up about 3 mins late - but was efficient and had reviewed the notes I sent through.

The DR was extremely polite and got to the bottom of my issue quickly. Very worth while, from booking to collecting my medication was less than 30 minutes.

Once you get the doctor on the line they’re helpful but they’re always 10 mins late for the call.
Please be on time and respect our time too.

Couldn't get even a local GP callback again and immediately was able to have a consultation with Dr Shah.
Was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and caring.
Provided excellent advice and prescribed treatment has began working as hoped.

Medical director also called me later in the afternoon to checkup which is very much appreciated and incredible of them to do.
Will continue to use DrOnline and genuinely 10/10 recommend to everybody (and especially with the way the NHS has unfortunately been heading)

I was visiting London from the U.S. and got sick with a cold. The day before flying home, my cough worsened and I felt horrible. I found this online and it was so easy. The doctor was great and was able to provide a prescription to get my though the next few days. Highly recommend!

Really positive experience with the ease of access to booking and speaking to the Dr. However I was left a little disappointed by the cost of the recommendation's for blood tests. I wish I had been informed of this before the appointment as I probably wouldn't have booked.
