Brief overview of PR changes/additions
Needed for the next release.
Motivation for adding to Mudlet
So that the en_US locale gets the correct pluralization for those translations (currently 17 with this version) that make use of the
%n"count" argument.Other info (issues closed, discussion etc)
Needed to cover the addition of the "Room properties" dialogue.
