Fix ToolType in LBP1, remove unnecessary logs

I keep forgetting to update this repository.

These are a collection of changes over the past month or so? Some hidden things include extensions to Mesh and Animation serialization, but more publicly available features include extended Vita support, some UI changes, reading from the disk, WIP GLB exporter (it's a mess), ability to recurse mods with GUID, etc.
