Added new dirt road art by @Morkath and myself, with the goal of improving overall visibility of dirt roads, especially with other terrain in the same hex.

Current dirt roads moved to a dirtroads_old folder for posterity, it's possible we could reuse these for additional road fluff in the future.

Slight tweak to tileset file to utilize new circular dirt road.
