Code Review
This pull request addresses issue #445 by including tags when retrieving image information. The changes look good overall, with the addition of the image tag parameter to the getSourceRepo function and the modification of cache keys and image info retrieval to include the tag. This should resolve the issue of not being able to differentiate between images with the same name but different tags.
Merge Readiness
The code changes appear to correctly address the issue described in the pull request. The addition of the image tag parameter to the getSourceRepo function and the corresponding modifications to cache keys and image info retrieval seem logical and well-implemented. I am unable to directly approve this pull request, and recommend that others review and approve this code before merging. Given the absence of any critical, high, or medium severity issues, the pull request seems ready to be merged.
