This method fetches the test report for a pipeline, a feature available through the [Unit test report](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/unit_test_reports.html) feature.
The line above this one, `!body`, will always evaluate to the same answer as `body.nil?` when the body is nil. We can remove this.
