Description

This PR updates GT4Py and DaCe submodules. It brings the last changes from the (gt4py) M2 branch, namely K iterator access, back to mainline. The DaCe update brings updates for usage of structures in DaCe.

How has this been tested?

Tested and stabilized on the M2 branch in the last couple month. Should be all good as long as our CI is green.
