This repo contains the processing and analysis code associated with the following publication:

The Microstate analysis itself has been performed using the Microstate EEGLAB Toolbox which was intriduced in this tutorial:

The code published here contains custom scripts that use functions written by the authors of the toolbox as well as otehr additional analysis scripts (R) and plotting functions.
