This version brings initial support for MA2 Ver 1.05.00 introduced since
PRiSM PLUS.Grammar support for connecting slide is also revised to ensure effects in chart player is consistant.
WaitLength: instead of printing1>2[1:1]>3[1:1]>4[1:1], it now prints1>2>3>4[1:4].
