This is a fix for Issue #123.
The commit modifies the ECC Crypto Context to accept PublicKey/PrivateKey objects instead of raw key values.

@aliddeke exporting the ECC keys as SPKI or PKCS#8 (resulting from a call to *Key$create()) works on Chrome Browser, yes?

Yes, the extractKey operation succeeds.
