Fixes #5: Bash PS1 variable issues, thanks to jrgoldfinemiddleton.

Add blt command to bash profile, comment out nvm stuff.

Use alias for brew prefix and speed up terminal launch by ~200ms.

Remove aggressive Icon matching from gitignore and add Vagrant var.
