This organisation exists to create software and programming libraries that focus on quality-of-life features and making a highly polished end product, and proving that it isn't impossible, and that you don't need loads of time and people to accomplish it.

This organisation came into existence after years of getting annoyed at loads of different software, websites, etc. (even - and especially - the ones made by "respected" companies), which were only focusing on chasing trends and getting new features out as fast as possible regardless of their quality, and regardless of whether they were actually wanted.

It started feeling as if the entire world just stopped caring about creating high quality and polished products that they could genuinely feel proud of, everything started becoming about making money without caring how it was done, too many people and companies started leaning into dark patterns because it drove up their revenue, but they didn't stop to think about you, the end user, and how it affects you.

And I'm here now because I'm just a single guy who has finally had enough of all of it. Originally I was just planning to make all of this software for my own personal use only, creating my own private garden (hence Owl's Domain -> OwlDomain), and then at some point (and I don't even remember when exactly) I decided to share it with the world, which combined with a lot of other stuff (and life just being life), and now this is something I want to use as my career, something I can dedicate all of my time to, as my own way to improve the world.

This server is meant as a general purpose community server for anything OwlDomain related, such as:

• General updates regarding the OwlDomain organisation.
• Updates regarding the OwlDomain projects.
• A place where you can discuss and ask questions about our projects.
• A special 'journal' channel where you can listen to our developers ramble and geek out as they work on the projects.

We also hope that this server will serve as a general place for people to hang out, meet interesting people, and remember what's important in life (polish, serenity and quality of life)!
