…atives that don't point to cdn.proj.org Fixes #4475 With that fix: ``` $ echo 50 -70 0 | PROJ_NETWORK=ON PROJ_AUX_DB=nsrs_proj.db bin/cs2cs NSRS:NATRF2022_2D+NAPGD2022 NSRS:NATRF2022_3D -d 9 50.000000000 -70.000000000 -26.198699954 ``` (adding a new test wasn't convenient as we don't currently have an entry in grid_alternatives that do not point to cdn.proj.org and can be accessed through Range requests)
