Addresses review feedback from PR #3285 regarding organization metadata fields and UI consistency.

Model Changes

  • Added github_org CharField to Organization model for GitHub organization names
  • Added gsoc_years CharField to Organization model storing comma-separated participation years (e.g., "2024,2023,2022")
  • Created migration 0247_organization_github_org_gsoc_years.py

Script Updates

Updated fetch_gsoc_orgs.py to handle gsoc_years as comma-separated string:

UI Updates

  • Added custom red color #e74c3c to Tailwind config
  • Updated domain_list.html to use custom red color (replaced red-600 with red)

Verification

Confirmed the following are not present in current codebase (as expected per review):

  • UnverifiedDomainView
  • JSON-based organization merging logic
  • merged_organizations.json file
