to ensure that the updated x values do not keep growing into nans. Ideally I would like to keep the values in bounds, but the current solution is simply to reset the arrays, and hope for the best. Also, same code iterated slighly different in osx and linux machines, with the linux run blowing up occasionally, with ended producing nans and thus messing up the convergence, what the heck is that...
Allow user to edit legends after plotting call. Put some variables into the returned axis object. Tweaked a couple colors.
