  1. Update readme file to include what's actually in the repo now.
  2. Streamline individual guidance files for same look and feel
  3. Update FAQ with Oracle Licensing guidance
  4. Update Known issues with JIT issue on Terraform
  5. Add guidance on GH action deployment for Bicep (Single instance and data guard)
  6. parameterized input to resource group name and location for bicep GH actions.
  7. Fixed issue with wiki sync
